        在治疗性单克隆抗体药物开发过程中,通常会获取到几个甚至数十个针对靶向抗原的候选单克隆抗体,除了对这些抗体的亚型、序列信息、抗原决定簇、稳定性、功能等性质进行?#27835;?#22806;,抗体与抗原之间的亲和力是单克隆抗体开发中另外一个需要重点关注的参数。目前测定抗体-抗原之间亲和力的主要方法是采用BiaCore系统利用表面等离子体共振(SPR)现象,以实时监测分子间的相互作用。爱康得生物采用BiaCore T200分子间相互作用?#27835;?#31995;?#24120;?#21487;提供高效、灵敏的抗体-抗原亲和力?#27835;觶?#20026;候选单克隆抗体?#32435;?#36873;提供重要参考数据。
